Otter Tail Power Company (OTP) provides a highly functional web-based System Operator Training Solution (SOTS) which is built on a proven and adaptable architecture. It's one of the few systems that has been custom built to meet the complete needs for both individuals and companies for the power system operator continuing education program as designed by NERC.

OTP also provides a comprehensive pre-packaged reporting system that meets the requirements for NERC training records retention. The reporting system is accessible online to both the student and their company.

We are dedicated to the organization and delivery of quality training that meets the ever-changing needs of the electric industry. We provide a way for smaller utilities, like Otter Tail Power Company, to maintain their NERC-Certified Operator Training Programs while maintaining economic responsibility to their Midwestern customers.
